Do you want to be the next ms. beauty of courage?

Absolutely not, in fact most of our contestants will be first timers! Making the decision to enter a pageant can be stressful but we promise you will have an incredible experience! If you enjoy meeting new people and doing something for yourself for once, you're going to have a blast!

No, cancer patients or survivors over 18 years of age are eligible to enter.

No, unlike traditional pageants there is no charge to enter the pageant.

All marital statuses are welcome!

The judging categories include interview, evening gown and words of wisdom. The goal of this event is to have fun in a low-stress environment, which means no bathing suit, no five inch high heels and no talent category! 

We know that not everyone has a closet full of evening gowns, so we do have a very limited supply of gowns that you could borrow. Just keep in mind selections/sizes/colors are limited. 

All proceeds from this event will go to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Greater Waterbury.

The winner will win a beautiful crown, sash and a prize package, not to mention some pretty cool bragging rights as Ms. Beauty of Courage 2025!

It will be held on May 18, 2025, at the Heritage Hotel and Spa in Southbury, CT.
